FUNG gets caught by GUI while trying to escape. But instead of taking hold of her, GUI simply lets her go. Knowing that there is a plot against CHI, FUNG decides to go back and break the news to him. CHI feels obliged to protect FUNG and insists on keeping her company. Given the present situation, HUNG and his mates decide to reveal the truth to TONG. TONG is shocked to hear the news and immediately turns to MAN for help. Once again MAN suggests he leave the matter to CHUNG. CHUNG is glad to have been assigned such an important role. CHI claims that his guards are in no shape to proceed any further and really need to take a rest. He hopes to delay the trip and will try to arrange an escape for FUNG with the extra time available.
